Dr. Tanya Cates has completed a Doctorate of Philosophy of Applied Science and a Diploma of Pilates. She is an accredited Exercise Physiologist (Musculo-skeletal rehabilitation), a wellness and health educator, consultant and mentor. Well-respected and connected within the physical health industry both locally and internationally, Tanya has a unique combination of expertise, knowledge and skills.

Tanya is dedicated to the evolution of the fitness industry. By studying the current context of learning, she has discovered ways of connecting and interacting with students, presenting content in an exciting and new way. Creating the future generation of physical activity.
